How long does it take to get my order?
In Portugal and Spain, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours for the mainland (Peninsula), and will count from the moment of confirmation of payment.

For the Portuguese and Spanish islands, the delivery time is 72 working hours, and will count from the moment of confirmation of payment.

For international shipments, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, and will count from the moment of confirmation of payment.

All structural or physical impediments will be notified by us via email.

How is delivery done?
Your order is hand delivered by the carrier to the address indicated. If you are not present at the indicated address, you can ask for a second delivery attempt or the order will be available for collection at the nearest carrier station for a period of up to 2 weeks.

 

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

Can I return a product?
Yes. You can, if you have given up the purchase or wish to change the size, you can return it within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the product. However, the right to return only occurs if the products:

  • Not washed or used;
  • Have not been tampered with and retain the identification tag;

How do I return a product?
Mention the main reason for return if you want to exchange or if you wish to be reimbursed / enjoy a discount voucher for an upcoming purchase.

Put the item in the new packaging:
The article must follow with its price tags, without any trace of use. Any product that has been damaged or that shows signs of use, does not give right to the refund. Then seal the packaging.

Return the order.
To return your order, you can go to the post office or the nearest MRW agency.

You can also schedule with us via e-mail or through our social networks, day and time of collection with our carrier at the address you indicate us.

Refund: Upon receipt and analysis of the product, we will refund (if the refund is valid), within a maximum of 2 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can choose to be reimbursed through a discount voucher or through the original method you used to pay for your order.

I received a defective product
We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and do not want them to buy products that might have escaped quality control. So, if you think that we send you a defective product, please notify us the defect via private message, in our social networks or through our email:

What are the costs of the return?
On request.

When will I be refunded for the returned product?
After a technical evaluation of the returned product, the refund will be made within a maximum of 2 days.

Did you receive my return?
As soon as your return is processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email with this notification. If, eventually, you do not receive this email within 10 days of sending the return, please contact us through our email:

How will I be reimbursed?
You can choose to be reimbursed through a discount voucher, via bank transfer or through the payment method you used to make the purchase.
Discount voucher: If you opt for the discount voucher, a code will be sent to your email to discount the refund amount on the next order.

When will I receive the product replacement?
A technical evaluation will be carried out on the returned product. After this evaluation, we will process the replacement of the product and we will send you an email informing you of the sending of the new product.

Why have I been reimbursed instead of replacing the product?
When it is not possible for us to send the replacement of a product due to a stock breach, we will reimburse the total value of the product.
